Pragmatic Play has expanded its Gates of Olympus franchise with Gates of Olympus 2500, a 6×5 video slot that retains the series’ tumble gameplay while adding larger multipliers and four distinct free-spin configurations.
The game returns players to the Greek mythology setting associated with the franchise, with Zeus positioned beside a grid surrounded by clouds, columns and a golden platform. The core structure remains familiar: players win by landing matching symbols anywhere on the reels, with winning symbols removed and new symbols falling into their places. Further wins trigger additional tumbles.
Eight or more matching symbols create a winning combination. The slot has no conventional paylines because payouts use the scatter-pay system. Its bet range runs from 0.2 to 240, while the default RTP is listed as 96.52 percent. The game has high volatility, a reported hit frequency of 27.93 percent and a maximum win of 25,000x the stake.
Multiplier System Reaches 2,500x
Multiplier symbols form the main expansion in Gates of Olympus 2500. Values range from 2x to 2,500x, and the symbols can appear during both the base game and bonus rounds.
When a tumble ends, multiplier values appearing on the reels can be added together and applied to the relevant win. The bonus rounds introduce additional rules for collecting those values.
The game’s symbols include five gemstone types, along with cups, rings, hourglasses and crowns. Zeus serves as the scatter symbol. Four or more scatters activate the bonus and award 15 free spins. Scatter combinations can also produce direct payouts: four scatters pay 3x the bet, five pay 5x, and six or more pay 100x.
Three or more scatters during the free-spin feature add five further spins.
Bonus Wheel Selects the Free-Spins Mode
Before the free spins begin, a wheel determines which of four available configurations will be played.
Free Spins 1 adds a multiplier to a running total when the multiplier lands on a spin that produces a win. The accumulated multiplier is then used in the feature.
Free Spins 2 changes the collection rule. Every multiplier that lands during the feature enters the running total, including multipliers that do not participate in a winning combination. That total is applied to subsequent wins.
Both configurations have Super Free Spins versions. In Super Free Spins 1 and Super Free Spins 2, the minimum multiplier is raised to 10x.
The change gives Gates of Olympus 2500 a different approach to multiplier collection during its bonus rounds. In particular, the second free-spin configuration allows multipliers to accumulate independently of winning combinations.

Ante Bets, Super Spins and Feature Buys
The title also provides several optional betting features. Three Ante Bet choices increase the stake while changing the likelihood of entering the bonus. The 1.25x option gives a two-times higher chance of triggering the Bonus Game. The 2.75x and 5.50x options each provide an eight-times higher chance, with the 5.50x version also increasing the chance of obtaining a stronger bonus configuration. These options carry a stated RTP of 96.49 percent.
Super Spin 1 costs 20x the stake and guarantees a multiplier on every spin. Super Spin 2 costs 250x and guarantees a multiplier of at least 25x on every spin. Both have a listed RTP of 96.50 percent, and free spins cannot be triggered through either Super Spin option.
Four Feature Buy choices provide direct access to specific bonus configurations. Free Spins 1 costs 100x the bet, Free Spins 2 costs 250x, Super Free Spins 1 costs 500x and Super Free Spins 2 costs 1,250x. The Feature Buy options carry a stated RTP of 96.5 percent.
The release follows Pragmatic Play titles including Sweet Rush Bonanza and Fury of Anubis. The company says it develops up to eight new slot titles each month and also supplies Live Casino games through its multi-product portfolio.
